Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with AP Digital strategy and market business objectives.
Play a role to liaise with AP & Global digital teams representing digital team
Help brand marketers identify target audiences and create digital campaigns to engage and convert them
Lead the omnichannel excellence by introducing new digital capabilities and technology.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Work with a regional agency to execute MoTF(Marketing of The Future) for a centralized content development
Create and optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints in alignment to the company and customer's Digital eco-system to enhance the overall experience
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital efforts into marketing campaigns
Work as an eDG steward to lead Local Review Board for WMS(Web, Mobile & Social) collaborating with IT partner for D-SDLC(Digital-Software Development Life Cycle)
Lead to operate and manage the company digital channels including but not limited to SFMC, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Webcast platforms

Secondary Language(s) Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Familiarity with digital analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
Functional Knowledge: Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing (strategic marketing knowledge and channels), Understanding pharmaceutical company environment, Innovation, Online & IT technology trend sensing
Skills: Marketing planning, project management, good communication skill with cross-functional team and global team, data understanding & analytic skills, presentation skill, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership Behaviors: Customer focus, drive result, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Others: Prefer multi-channel marketing experience, sales & marketing experience, enthusiastic & resilient for innovation approach
