With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games. We are seeking a Gaming Marketing Solution Lead for the APAC region, with a focus on Japan and priority Korea and SEA marketing needs, within the Global Gaming Business Marketing team. Based in Japan, you will be a key player in developing and activating gaming stories, from thought leadership to foundational guidance, to educate gaming clients HOW they can succeed with Gaming on TikTok in APAC. You serve as strategic advisors to the business and structured in a way that will enable teams to influence and drive as much impact as possible. Responsibilities - Own and develop APAC business marketing programs, including but not limited to media campaigns, industry events, workshops and content marketing, to promote TikTok Gaming targeting the B2B audiences (gaming advertisers, media agencies, industry partners).- Works closely with APAC/Japan Sales leadership to set and drive the business agenda, driving alignment and collaboration across Global Gaming GBM, local Gaming GBS teams, Global Content as well as APAC/Japan GBM to achieve greater synergies and efficiency.- Adapt global and local research studies, trend reports and solution sets into locally relevant messages and stories which drive adoption across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements in Japan. Scale to Korea/SEA as relevant. - Partner closely with the APAC Global Business Marketing and external production partners (copywriter, designer, PR to ensure that marketing messages are executed and adopted seamlessly - through internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements in Japan.- Build and lead external relationships with key partners such as industry associations, B2B media, MMP and media agencies in collaboration with internal teams- Project management including but not limited to vendor and freelancer management- Represent Japan/APAC Gaming GBM in various global and regional meetings, sharing learning and updates that speak to measurable business results

Minimum Qualifications- Proficient in Japanese, Business Level of English.- 5 years experience in B2B marketing, preferable in advertising.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity- Excellent strategic thinking, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals. - Proactive problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the gaming industry. D&I
