*Position summary:
-This is a 1 year fixed-term contract position for maternity leave / childcare leave back up. The person will be responsible for 5 business units as HR Business Partner with other responsibilities of supporting HR project works.
*Main Tasks:
-Supporting HR Project Works
-Employee Engagement Survey Follow up
-Internal HR Campaigns
-Manage Year End Review, Promotion, Merit Increase
-Manage Regional Learning Program Nomination, Employees with Potential Nomination
-Manage Talent Forum process for responsible business
-Exit Interview
-Regional HRBP communication
-Candidate Interview
-Manage Learning & Development programs
*Education/Qualifications required:
-Bachelor's degree
-3 to 5 Yrs of HR experience (specialty in L&D and/or HRBP experience preferred)
*Competencies required:
-Good communication
-Fluency in English Language (verbal and writing)/Native level of Korean
-Attention to detail
