Position:

This role involves Clienteling Activation by analyzing data & client profiles, and assisting the team in implementing VIP programs to enhance customer brand appeal. Additionally, it involves supporting the boutique team in providing top-tier client services and clienteling programs in alignment with global standards to boost customer brand appeal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regular analysis of customer data and transaction details to generate reports for program evaluation
  • Enhancing client data management and registration processes to improve analytical capabilities
  • Monitoring and analyzing results of key activities to meet set objectives
  • Developing campaigns to acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and reactivate inactive clients
  • Implementing targeted direct mail campaigns in collaboration with external and internal teams
  • Managing CRM tools such as Seasonal Catalogues, Digital Catalogues, Look Book, Magazine, and Gifting regularly
  • Delivering regular updates to the boutique team on key strategies
  • Supporting the Client Marketing Senior Executive in client acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Collaborating with agencies for survey projects and market research as needed

Profile:

  • University graduate in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fashion industry
  • Blend of creativity, business acumen, innovation, and analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments
  • Strong team player with multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools
