The Opportunity:
- We are currently seeking a Commercial Operation Support to join our team, bringing sophisticated operation management skills. We are looking for someone passionate about electric mobility, interested in technology, and committed to driving the change we believe is necessary. The role may involve occasional sustainable travel for electric performance.
- Monitor incoming vessel schedule and report status
- Handle documentation for vessel arrival and tax-related matters
- Coordinate in-land transportation and liaise with service providers
- Manage vehicle registration operations (Internal/retail)
- Execute additional tasks related to E-commerce flow
- Support vehicle handover process and communicate with space operator
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent
- Preferably, knowledge of logistics, trading, and accounting
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and task prioritization abilities
- Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred proficiency in both written and verbal English due to Polestar's international presence
