Sales & Business Development Specialist

1)Sales:
?Responsible for achieving sales targets jointly with the rest of the Sales team
?Actively contribute in the implementation of the Sales strategy to grow company Business
?Generate new ideas to grow company's portfolio
?Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Dealers management
?Monitor Dealer's KPI achievement level and implement measures if necessary
?Provide regular dealer training for all rental products across all regions
?Ensure high Dealer and Customers satisfaction
?Provide regular sales report to Management Team
2)Product / Program / Promotion development/ Innovation
?Develop new pricing strategy on a monthly basis and present it to the Pricing Committee
for approval
?Develop promotions and incentive program on a regular basis to boost sales
?Configure system with the right pricing setup and structure and get the approval from
Controlling team
?Generate new business ideas based on market trends to grow the business in line with
company strategy including:
