HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

This role combines the functions of talent acquisition and talent management to ensure the organization has a robust internal & external pipeline of skilled professionals and that employees are supported throughout their careers in Cartier Korea. He/she is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, retain and develop internal and external talents to ensure the right talent is in place.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Reinforce our search and acquisition capabilities to enrich our external insights, through the external talent mapping activities
  • Work closely with line managers and Richemont Korea TA COE team to identify the right talents and develop a talent pool for future pipeline
  • Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to refine and improve the recruitment process
  • Actively collaborate with Cartier HQ TA team to implement global TA initiatives in Korea
  • Lead Cartier early career Talent Programs
  • Utilize our university networks for talents sourcing by collaborating with Richemont Korea TA COE
  • Lead Cartier employer branding in Korean market
  • Handle staff onboarding to ensure all new joiners are equipped with necessary company information

Talent Management

  • Implement talent management initiatives, including potential assessment, succession planning, and talent development to design internal talent mapping
  • Work with functional leaders and Cartier HQ Talent management team to identify key talent and develop retention strategies
  • Participate in the design of talent development solutions with appropriate career and learning opportunities within Cartier organization according to the needs of the business
  • Identify key talents within teams, work with management and L&D team on key talents development and retention.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 10 years in an HR role, ideally within multi-national company
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in talent acquisition works in full-cycle, in-house recruitment within retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • Experience in direct sourcing and the market talent mapping project
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Execution ability and a drive for results
  • Good at stakeholder management skill to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and HR partners
  • Problem solving, Innovation, Ownership
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and acting with integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, open, and collaborative
  • Strong team player but able to work independently
