팀 소개
Price Sharpness Inspection팀은 회사 정책에 따라 쿠팡 상품의 Sharpness를 엄격한 감사를 통해 유지해야 하는 목적을 가지고 있습니다. 본 팀은 쿠팡 상품과 경쟁사 상품의 가격 차이에 따른 근본적인 원인을 찾고, 관련 부서와 지속적인 해결책을 찾습니다.
업무 내용
- Price Sharpness Audit의 타겟 샘플링부터 작업 템플릿의 업데이트와 유지 등 전반적인 의사 결정을 진행합니다.
- 근본 원인 분석 및 개선. 작업 중에 관찰된 모든 실패 사례의 근본 원인을 조사하고 관련된 이해 관계자와 협력하여 프로세스를 개선합니다.
- 경험이 적은 팀 구성원을 위해 개별 코칭 및 가이드라인을 제공합니다. 작업 노하우 혹은 지식 공유를 주기적으로 진행합니다.
- 문서화 및 품질 관리. 작업 결과에 대한 피어 리뷰를 진행하고 모든 작업 결함에 대하여 시정 조치를 진행합니다.
자격 요건
- 주어진 일정 내에 운영 프로세스를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 능력
- 기준, 정책, 프로세스를 심도 있게 이해하여 결함을 찾아내고 수정할 수 있는 능력
- 높은 개인 업무 수행 능력과 동시에 팀 구성원들의 멘토가 되어 코칭할 수 있는 능력

- 비즈니스 영어 사용 가능자
- 4년제 이상 대졸자
