Job introduction
At FC Automation team you will handle integrated systems to automate various parts of WMS(Warehouse Management System), ranging from inbound, inventory and outbound picking & packing processes. The types of automation includes but not limited to AGV system, unmanned forklift, follow-me robot, auto labeller and auto packers, and could extend to more futuristic approaches of computer vision based product inbound and inventory management system, as well as experimenting moonshots like use case of in-warehouse drone or even AR glasses. Sky's the limit for this role to bring your imagination and turn them into reality

Overview
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific area of FC Automation
• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve key business metrics by identifying FC automation led initiatives
• Define new projects with clear goals and timelines achieved through multi-party communication and detailed project management processes
• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life
• Build a best-in-class Warehouse Management System that meets the business objectives and continues to exceed customer experience in terms of meeting delivery promises while managing organizational costs
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision
• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
Preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics or related fields
