자격 요건
- 3년 이상의 준법 및 품질관리 또는 감사, 프로젝트 관리 경력 보유
- Food safety compliance 관련 문제 정의와 해결 방안을 제시할 수 있는 역량을 보유하신 분
- 프로젝트 목표를 위한 개선과제를 식별하고, 개선 범위와 일정 관리 역량 보유하신 분
- 제조업, 유통업의 Food supply chain과 관련 법규에 대한 지식을 보유하신 분
- 프로젝트 관리, 커뮤니케이션 능력을 통해 주어진 자원 내에서 프로젝트를 완료할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
- 대인관계 및 협업 능력을 통해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 추진력을 보유하신 분
우대 사항
- 식품 제조 및 유통 분야에서 법규, 품질관리, 감사, 프로젝트 관리 관련 5년 이상의 경력
- 식품 관련 기술 또는 법률 분야의 학사 이상 학위 또는 자격증 보유
- 주도적이고 적극적으로 문제를 해결하려는 결단력과 끈기를 가진 분
