We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as the primary coordinator and administrator for marketing operations and communication activities.
ResponsibilitiesThis role entails:
- Commercial Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate and manage logistics and documentation for tradeshows, symposiums, and product presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and external regulations.
- Collaborate with and manage external vendors and agencies.
- Marketing Tools and Collateral Management:
- Support the development and execution of marketing communication materials for product and clinical marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate the review and release process of marketing collaterals via an Agile system.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels for printed materials and promotional items.
- Demo System Coordination:
- Plan and manage logistics for the da Vinci Surgical System, instruments & accessories (I&A), and ancillary items used in marketing and commercial events.
- Track demo system inventory and optimize utilization for effectiveness.
- Marketing Administration and Operational Support:
- Monitor and manage operational projects.
- Assist in KPI reporting and operational process documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
