Global Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative FLOATER to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our beneficiaries.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide multi-site coverage through travel to various locations within the Pacific region (Guam, Japan, and South Korea), with an estimated 25-75% travel requirement based on operational needs.
Verify benefits and enrollment for TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries using systems such as Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.
Manage Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes by following Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines and updating individual and batch PCM records.
Deliver customer-centric support by educating beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, both in person and over the phone.
Assist beneficiaries with basic claims status updates and provide support as needed.
Leverage your presentation skills to lead informational sessions for events like in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information in applicable systems.
Evaluate and escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure proper resolution and beneficiary satisfaction.
Foster a culture of compliance by adhering to HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality, and completing required training courses.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide remote support, train new team members, and perform other duties as assigned.
