About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Automation Support Specialist to join our team in Seoul, Korea.
Mission
The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for delivering top-notch services to customers promptly.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues efficiently.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing value-added service delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure timely spare parts delivery and monitor electrical equipment or machinery performance regularly.
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry developments.
- Provide clear customer feedback and contribute to trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Will to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
