Data Communications Network Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Data Communications Network Specialist to join our team at Leidos. As a member of our National Security Sector, you will contribute to the design and implementation of secure data communications networks for various military operations.
The successful candidate will have experience working with datalink and ground radio systems, including SADL, Link-16, JREAP A, B, and C, and various versions of the Maneuver Gateway, Move Out/Jump Off (MOJO), and Battlefield Awareness & Targeting System - Dismounted (BATS-D) PRC-161.
You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and configuring TDL equipment, interfaces, and connections to AEHF, HF, UHF, SATCOM communications systems, and associated cryptographic equipment. This will involve planning and scheduling TDL and related communications equipment installation and maintenance, resolving installation and maintenance discrepancies using applicable directives, diagrams, and installation systems records.
In addition, you will initiate and conduct system verification tests to assess the capability and effectiveness of the datalink architecture and related communications systems, making recommendations to improve the overall datalink architecture. You will also install, remove, and configure TDL hardware and software as required, perform system startups, reboots, configure TDL man-machine and machine-machine interfaces, and system shutdowns.
As a Ground Radio and Datalink Operations Expert, you will set up, maintain, and configure ground radio equipment, interfaces, and connections to communications systems and associated cryptographic equipment. You will plan and schedule radio and related communications equipment installation and maintenance, resolve installation and maintenance discrepancies using applicable directives, diagrams, and installation systems records.
