Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Project Management Team, Process Automation Energy Industries division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are customers and ABB internal teams.You will be mainly accountable for:Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.Qualifications for the role Over 10 years of experience in Automation Project Management or Engineering.Proficient in various Project Management tools relevant to the Power Plant and Oil & Gas industry market.Experience in Management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.Strong knowledge on DCS(Distributed Control System) and PLC(Programable Logic Controller).Solid understanding of Financial knowledge and Plant automation.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering or relevant discipline.Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication.Business-level proficiency in both verbal and written English; native proficiency in Korean.More about us ABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
