KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Initiate & design local marketing strategy & map outgrowth plans Initiate and build up Watch marketing strategy thru local market analysis with comprehensive study on consumer behaviours, market trends, product attributes & etc. Develop and present marketing proposals to the management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and potential opportunities for growth. Collaborate with key stakeholders at both local and central levels ensure full alignment and engagement in the development of comprehensive action plans. Provide strong leadership and direction in the development and execution of MarCom strategies for Watch. Prioritize key objectives and goals, both in the short-term and long-term, in order to drive growht and achieve strategic targets. Build up novelty launching strategy and action planning Lead sales forecast by proposing annaul novelty sales potential by product & by network Propose MKT sales ambition and discuss with key stakeholders for quantitative & qualitative feedbacks upon novelty information and share them with HQ Plan and execute laungching action plan including Marcom action, commercial & CRM /CS support, training, and collaboration with HQ Lead & orchestrate action plans for strategic category/novelty thru MKT activation planning, share & communicate with key stakeholders to execute and regularly review/revise it thru progress analysis Manage balanced Watch sales to enable long-term growth Manage Watch BU/LE thru sales monitoring & forecast by categories & networks Establish the strategic merchandising function within Watch marketing team and provide a well-rounded perspective to all stakeholders Validate quarterly & yearly MKT incentive scheme, review progress and budget spending then propose revised scheme if necessary Set up BTQ KPI, communicate with BTQs and Retail to finalize sales target Analyse sales result of commercial events and share quantitative & qualitative feedback collaborating with Communication & CRM teams Set strategic objective and implement actions on product portfolio management to stay at leading position as a watchmaker of shape Set up strategic category ambition and propose goals & guideline to L&D in training to deliver clear strategic message Monitor strategic categories sales and share progress analysis regularly with the management for further optimization Collaborate with SCM on sales forecast by BTQs & stock for optimized sales result  Spearhead market analysis & share market news & insights Monitor closely competitors’ marketing activities, make insight reports, and share them with all relevant teams in local & central to reposition Cartier Watch at the level of Myth Lead market visit in regular terms for qualitative sharing with relevant teams and anticipate actions if necessary Manage & develop team competency Strong leadership in Watch marketing team and Watch community members from all 3 channels, Retail, Travel Retail and Watch specialist (Wholesale) Set clear KPIs of team and team members Share strategic vision of Watch marketing team development with management team
