Hauptaufgaben

Serves as a manpower management analyst within the G5 Force Management/Force Integration Section, Eighth U.S. Army. Responsible for all matters relating to the documentation of personnel and equipment on all assigned Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE), Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Augmentation TDA (AUGTDA), and Mobilization TDA (MOBTDA). Applies technical and functional knowledge of Major Subordinate Command (MSC) and subordinate units, for the processing of all data in conformance with the Army 's automated manpower and equipment documentation system. Utilizes knowledge of eighth U.S. Army organizations' mission and functions to ensure the proper application of personnel and/or equipment changes proposed by HQDA doctrinal designers or organizational integrators. Serves as the primary interface between HQDA staff elements and the assigned Eighth U.S. Army organizations. Applies knowledge of plans, policies, regulations and procedures governing military organizations, personnel, equipment, and force structure. Analyzes HQDA developed doctrinal concepts and proposed changes to determine their impact on Eighth U.S. Army subordinate units. Applies organizational structure concepts, staffing criteria and analytical judgment to ensure organizational readiness consistent with the unit's missions and functions. Performs in-depth analysis of proposed Consolidated TOE Updates (CTUs), Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs), and Incremental Changes Packages (ICPs) to insure their uniformity with and applicability to the Eighth U.S. Army units' force structure and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
