Finance & Accounting Manager

ODK Media is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. The Finance & Accounting Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Manage the monthly and quarterly closing process
- Manage the cashflow and establish financial plans (including loans, capital changes)
- Corporate Card Management
- Develop and monitor financial performance metrics
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Director
- Management of corporate official documents such as credit ratings, export/import performance certificates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Provide guidance and support to the finance and accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts
- Holder of an acocunting qualification preferred
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Solid understanding of accounting software and systems (DOUZONE "Wehago" or "Smart A")
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Skilled in both written and verbal english communication (Business Level)
