Customer Program Manager, Mobile Business Unit

At Micron Technology’s Mobile Business Unit (MBU), we are looking for a Customer Program Manager who will work with key account teams (Mobile OEM, ODM, etc.) to ensure clear communication, early enablement by understanding future requirements and working with internal teams to ensure that Micron’s mobile product portfolio is aligned. You should also understand business aspects of market and customer demand.
Key responsibilities include:
Work with mobile customers’ account teams and understand future requirements as well as identify value adding areas for Micron’s products Build short-term and long-term strategies and objectives for each key mobile customer partner and complete actions to meet the plan Assist enablement plans to ensure product validation is completed before OEMs go into production with their products Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer information is accurately represented in mobile roadmaps Identify areas of improvement in business processes both internally and externally and implement long term solutions to remove roadblocks Monthly market demand/supply forecast alignment with account & operation teamsQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering or related field of study or MBA with technical marketing experience 5+ years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or product role working directly with large vertical customers and/or ecosystem partners aligning roadmaps and new technologies Demonstrated success in managing complex programs within a fast-paced environment on a global scaleAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
