MAIN PURPOSE
Art and Culture Program Executive is responsible for overall Corporate and Institutional projects, which Cartier is strongly associated with Art, Music, Cinema and so on. He/She ensures the excellence of all Corporate and Institutional program development aligned with Maison's strategic vision and enhances the engagement of Art & Culture perspective, mainly associated in Maison Cheongdam Special Programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MAISON'S ART & CULTURE ENGAGEMENT
- Develop and execute proactive Maison Cheongdam Art & Culture programs in line with Maison's strategic vision and business opportunity
- Supervise and coordinate the program operation and related contents development with the validation process with local and global team and partners
- Plan and propose Art & Culture institutional programs and engagement activities while proactively identifying and monitoring potential opportunities and issues, competitor's actions
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Communication team, Retail team, HB team and all boutiques to amplify key activations
- Develop local network and community for Art & Culture, Corporate initiatives including cultural influencers for the event and activation in Maison
- Review and analyze milestones(pre/during/post) and barometer of all Art and Culture programs to relevant team and key stakeholders with 360 activation and strategic point of view
CORPORATE INITIATIVES
- Develop and execute strategic, integrated corporate projects and communication plan in collaboration with local and global team and partners
- Build corporate narratives as well as create stories around the Maison including local contents and related activations
- Promote international corporate projects with various communication activation
- Partner closely with stakeholders within industry and engage third-party advocates including agencies
- Internal communication to enhance the cultural brand equity and demonstrate our leadership on Corporate initiative projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least +5 year related experience in luxury industry
- Understanding on art and cultural, corporate project ecosystem
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Positive attitude and logical thinking
- Entrepreneurship with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented
- Fluent in both Korean & English (French speaking might be a plus)
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
