Job Overview
Reporting to Executive and International Comp lead, an ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience in Board and compensation committee preparation as well as in-depth knowledge of various approaches used in executive benchmarking exercises. The successful candidate will work very closely with the executive team lead on recurring compensation committee work, equity dilution management and reviewing the equity incentive program. Although the position is an individual contributor role, and he/she will be given an opportunity to train and supervise 1-2 junior-mid analysts in the team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external independent consultants to develop materials for the Compensation Committee meetings. Conduct and design an annual executive compensation planning cycle
- Coordinate preparation of externally reported materials, including compensation-related proxy tables and the CD&A for inclusion in the annual proxy statement
- Lead the preparation work for executive compensation analysis, cost modelling and dilution management
- Monitor the executive compensation trends in US and Asia markets, staying abreast of applicable legislation requirements
- Native English
- Bachelor degree in HR, Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics or Psychology
- Executive compensation experience in HR consulting or US/Singapore listed companies headquarter
- Experience in governance and disclosure on executive compensation area
- Korean language skill would be favoured
- Post-graduate qualification preferred (Master in Management or Accounting)
- Open to relocation (Seoul, Korea )
