Barco's Diagnostic Imaging business segment requires a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in the region. This role involves communicating the company's value proposition to healthcare professionals, presenting medical solutions, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand recognition and awareness for Barco's Diagnostic Imaging solutions
  • Present to end-user accounts across various medical facilities
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Perform product demonstrations and highlight product differentiation
  • Cultivate new customer relationships and maintain customer success
  • Prospect, evaluate opportunities, and present solutions to customers
  • Attend industry events and build regional strategies with value-added partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, engineering, medical)
  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare and/or capital equipment sales
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and technical knowledge
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Documented sales track record and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Professional sales training courses and familiarity with CRM systems
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy individual with a strong interest in sales
