Client & Hospitality Manager

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clientele visiting a luxury boutique, creating unique experiences and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client experience and achieve sales targets.
- Assist sales team with preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
- Recommend services based on client preferences and interests.
- Address client issues and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Be aware of local luxury environment and its impact on sales.
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments.
- Ensure seamless scheduling of spaces and manage calendar availability.
- Clienteling:
- Participate in clienteling initiatives with the boutique team.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Hospitality & Boutique Atmosphere:
- Ensure a luxurious and welcoming environment for clients.
- Coordinate special amenities and services based on client preferences.
- Oversee hospitality services and standards, including cleanliness, ambiance, and comfort.
- Develop knowledge of local luxury events and venues to organize client special treatment.
- Share and collaborate best practices with boutique team members.
- Represent Brand Identity:
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring its image with clients and within the local retail community.
- Develop understanding and knowledge of the Maison and products to convey its heritage and value.
- Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional events and initiatives.
- Adhere to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison.
- Team:
- Assist Boutique Management with providing training and setting high standards for customer care.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop a positive, trusting relationship with the team to foster a positive and professional work environment focused on client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or client relations, preferably in a boutique or upscale setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
