Job Summary: Build partnerships, provide leadership, and deliver strategic initiatives for Apps advertisers in Korea. Drive revenue, educate advertisers, and focus on client service and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Set marketing strategy, build relationships, and deliver value to Apps clients and agencies.
  • Drive strategic conversations to define objectives and provide recommendations.
  • Partner with industry bodies to drive advocacy and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope business opportunities and deliver results.
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans.
  • Deliver revenue growth and achieve targets.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts.
  • Extensive experience in managing performance marketing and app-driven organizations.
  • Ability to structure and maintain complex strategic relationships.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and winning internal stakeholder support.
  • Proven sales success in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Native proficiency in Korean and fluent English language skills.
