Job Title: Strategic Talent Partner

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talents for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic talent management support.
  • Coach and advise managers on talent agendas, including performance management, compensation review, executive employee relations, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with managers to manage low performance issues and cultivate a high-performing culture.
  • Lead and facilitate the talent review process and develop succession plans to identify and retain high-potential employees.
  • Manage executive employee relations issues and suggest resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs and People Operations to deliver customized HR programs and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Senior HRBP or HR Manager experience preferably at MNCs and/or large corporations.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills to all levels of employees.
  • Effective working relationships with senior level leadership and good coaching and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of general HR practices in recruitment, compensation/benefits, talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken is preferred.
