At Selection 4.0, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Solutions Specialist to join our team in Seoul. As a key member of our technical services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues
- Develop strong relationships with clients by driving value-added and focused service delivery
- Manage spare parts delivery to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance to optimize efficiency
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and industry standards
- Provide clear and concise feedback to clients on their experiences
- Represent our company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support
