**Company Overview**
Selection 4.0, a multinational leader in designing, producing and commercializing automation machinery, is seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer.
Mission:
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will report to the Country Manager and deliver services to customers effectively and on time, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance adhere to the company's policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to resolve equipment and technical issues through troubleshooting;
- Develop strong client relationships by driving value-added service delivery and focusing on customer satisfaction;
- Manage spare parts delivery efficiently;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Guide customers on how to use equipment safely, including explaining its operation;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments;
- Provide clear customer feedback;
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
