Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join our team in Seoul, South Korea.
Mission Statement:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for delivering services to customers effectively and on time while ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with colleagues to assist in troubleshooting equipment and technical issues;
• Develop strong relationships with clients by driving value-added and focused service delivery;
• Manage spare parts deliveries;
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety protocols;
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments;
• Offer clear customer feedback;
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
• Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
• Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
