At Selection 4.0, we're seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Specialist to join our team in Seoul. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and maintenance services to our clients. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, developing strong relationships with customers, and ensuring seamless spare parts delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the team to resolve equipment and technical problems efficiently.
- Foster strong customer relationships by delivering value-added service solutions.
- Ensure timely spare parts delivery to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Provide clear guidance to customers on equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing training and education.
- Offer constructive customer feedback and participate in trade shows and events to promote products and establish strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
