At Selection 4.0, we're seeking a skilled Automation Engineering Service Specialist to join our team. This role is a key part of our mission to deliver top-notch service and support to our customers.
Mission:
- Work closely with our team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues, providing expert solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by delivering value-added service and focused support, driving long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide clear, concise training to customers on equipment usage, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth prospects.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
