Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee customer technical support, solution proposals, and team management within the Korean market. This role plays a key part in driving business growth and technological differentiation.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HVAC&R system design and application technologies, with strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

This position requires specialized knowledge in refrigeration and air conditioning system design, application technologies, and regulatory understanding. Experience in research and development is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute engineering strategy in Korea.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in HVAC&R technologies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide customer-centric technical support.
  • Ensure optimal product selection and customization to meet customer needs and comply with local regulations.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and technical seminars.
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments and documentation from project initiation.
  • Serve as the key technical liaison between regional customers and global product development teams.
  • Align technical strategic directions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the HVAC&R field, with expertise in system design and application technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience in research and development is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Relevant Korean certifications, such as Engineer Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Certified Energy Manager, Construction Equipment Engineer, or Building Services Engineer.
