직무 소개

쿠팡의 E-commerce Engineering 조직은 엔지니어 팀을 이끌고 쿠팡의 핵심 데이터 서빙 백엔드 시스템의 기술 방향을 수립할 유능한 Staff Back-end Engineer를 모집하고 있습니다. 채용된 인원은 시니어 리더십 롤을 담당하면서 업계의 베스트 프랙티스를 소프트웨어 개발에 도입해 팀의 엔지니어링 기술 개선을 지원합니다.

담당 업무

자율적이고 신속하게 행동할 수 있는 구조와 권한을 가진 엔지니어가 되며, 고도로 중복된 코드를 제거하고 포괄적인 명령어를 작성하여 유지보수를 편리화하는 프로젝트 멘토가 됩니다.

운영 및 배포 환경에서의 반복적인 경험을 통해 관리자 인터페이스와 스토리지 액세스를 장려하는 새 운영 체제를 구축합니다. 에이전트 오류 없이 회수하기 위한 동작을 제공하고 승인 단위 당 다양한 지표와 메트릭이 제공되는 가시성을 구축합니다.
