[Purpose of this Job]

To develop marketing plan for MVI team’s products/brands, including sales plan and product strategies based on global strategy.Support MVI Sales team in product (Tools, QA & Tier1) to achieve the goal of providing excellent technical support to the customers.

[Duties&Responsibility]

Establish Marketing & Sales Strategy, Policies, Procedures and Practices for Tools, QA & Tier1 to meet the marketing requirements supporting short and long-term sales plan. Leads the product launching with HQ and Go To Market activation in working with various stakeholders to achieve sales growth for responsible products (IXB & MTRwrech) Engage with prospects to deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the productsMarket research and monitors trends and business opportunities within MVI market.Analyze the market requirement & demands survey and prepare the product planning in MVI MarketCommunication with HQ to bring relevant new product to Korea marketObserve and inform about market trends and changes in customer strategiesAnalyze the competitors and report to sales, management and Division HQCustomer Seminar & Training, planning curriculumPlanning and follow up exhibition activities with communication teamEnhancing sales efficiency & building up data base managementWork closely with sales, distributor, project and management to collaborate on strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to achieve business target

[Qualification]

[Experience/Education]

3 ~ 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle industry.Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background would be welcome.Establish a marketing plan & Strategies depends on sales and customer needs.Analyze market requirement & demands survey and production planning

[Knowledge/Skill]

Multicultural and communication skills in an international environment.Ability to write documents using Excel and Microsoft programs.Intermediate or higher English language skillsCustomer oriented attitudeSelf-learning, willing to learn and ask for help.Prioritizes tasks and effectively manages own and team performance.
