  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Create sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales profit through the implementation of sales activities
  • Identify and monitor the markets and to establish the most efficient promotion
  • Works closely with overseas sales team to implement quarterly to annual sales plan
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a B2B sales leader position
  • Working experience in the company related to games for more than 7 years
  • Successful previous experience such as consistently meeting or exceeding target as a sales representative of sales manager
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with negotiation skills.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise (game industry experience would be preferred)
  • Excellent presentation ability, verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English at a business level
