Responsible for growing the IMC (Industrial, Medical and Consumer) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, in line with the Global and Regional Business Strategies. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Proactive and able to identify opportunities and take initiative. May identify and establish relationships with new customers. Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customers, act as a trusted advisor to the customer. Develop and execute strategic account plans, across key verticals (key account plan). Analyze the market information, trends including competitive intelligence and have them reflected in the appropriate strategy development. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Works to find resolution for both new opportunities and issues. Team player with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Culturally aware and able to work effectively in a global setting. Will be responsible for sales forecast within their territory. May locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners. Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training, to achieve revenue targets. Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services either through direct sales or through a base of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, or retailers. Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals.
Qualifications 要求:
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or any equivalent backgrounds. Over 5 years of proven work experience as an account management role in IMC or similar business. Strong account management and relationship-building skills. Must be willing and able to travel domestically 30% - 60% of the time A collective, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional with significant knowledge within own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines, completing specialized and/or moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision.
