WHAT'S THE ROLE?

Account Manager는 고객과 직접 접촉, 고객들을 새롭게 생성 및 개발. 판매 전략의 이행을 고객들과 새로운 시장에 신제품을 신속하게 소개합니다.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

영업사원은 건설 현장, 사무실, 물류 창고 등 장소를 불문하고 고객이 필요로 하는 곳이면 어디든 직접 방문하여, 고객에게 어떤 도움을 제공할 수 있을지를 찾아내는 업무를 수행합니다. 힐티의 영업은 전문 컨설팅 직접 판매 모델을 기반으로 합니다. 즉, 현장을 직접 뛰어다니며, 업계에서 가장 혁신적인 힐티의 제품을 소개하고, 최첨단 소프트웨어와 힐티의 모든 서비스를 판매합니다. 힐티는 기존의 콜드콜(cold call) 방식에서 벗어나 고객과의 신뢰관계를 토대로, 고객이 필요로 하는 혁신적이고 가성비 높은 솔루션을 제시하는 관계 중심의 영업방식을 채택하고 있습니다.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

4년제 졸업이상 학위 및 비즈니스 지식 신입 및 건설관련 경력 3년 이상(선호) 혹은 비건설업계 경력 5년 건설 시공 업체 근무 시공, 공무 등 경력 우대 회사 프로세스의 이해 및 전체적인 비즈니스의 이해 고객 직접 방문 영업 경험 (직판 영업 경력 우대) Report및 영업 분석에 사용하는 office사용 능력 문제 해결 능력, 고객중심 사고, 고객의 요구 및 행동에 대한 이해 능력 책임감, 성실성, 적극성, 도전성, 계획성 시간 배분 능력, 팀웍 탁월한 대인관계 능력 해외/국내 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분 ※ 필수 사항: 이력서
