Key Performance Objectives

Increase Account Alignment between BU & Account Teams Understand the situation of Korean ADG ecosystem, key accounts and related competition in target market segment Build credit as critical business advisor for account teams through providing business & technology domain expertise and increasing customer confidence Build long term strategic relationship with key customers and industry experts Support Account Teams to maximize BU offerings reach and drive efficiency across functions to win strategic deals and scale business Understand ROI for the engagements (BU, Sales, Support, Services, Partners), manage scope of committed work & represent business need across NI Basic Qualifications: Korean citizen and graduate or above degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) 10+ years total work experience of Korean ADG industry Good connection with Korean ADG ecosystem or supply chain companies, prefer to work experience and connection with global supply chain companies for Korea ADG business 10+ years total work experience and knowledge of relevant test and measurement industry 5+ years total sales/BDM work experience, fast learning ability of new technologies Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skill. Fluency in English. Prefer to speak Japanese. Wiling and able to travel – within Korea (70~95% estimated), Japan (if speaking Japanese, 25% estimated) and APAC (5% estimated)
