Solution Architect for Cloud and Media, TSME

- To understand the in-depth technical solution needs of key strategic customers and associated business drivers
for ECS(Ericsson Cloud System) and Media business.
- To proactively support sales development by providing expert technical knowledge and sales proposals for Ericsson
Cloud system and Media solutions in key strategic accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- To provide technical support for all sales and marketing activities for targeted ECS and Media accounts.
- Participate in the relevant sales account teams as a technical subject matter expert for ECS and Media technology and
applications. Work with the account managers to support account plans. Contribute to the sales process in prospecting,
conducting customer presentations and providing in-depth technical consulting and recommendations in customer engagements.
- Provide the prime resource to generate customer bid proposals and RFx responses as required.
- Establish strong technical relationships in the key target accounts.
- Work closely with other groups within the ECS and Media to develop Ericsson value propositions for ECS and Media solutions in
the Korea market.
- Support product and solution needs for the Cloud and Media market in the product planning process.
- Provide support to the marketing organization in planning and executing industry leading technology trade shows and customer
events targeting cable.
- Monitor technology trends and competitor activity.

- Master’s degree in electronic or communication engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong ability to work in a complex global environment, effectively building and sustaining relationships at multiple levels with
the customer as well as internally.
- Strong team player whom easily integrates in an existing team and has the ability to create the needed team to achieve the
business objectives.
- Open, winning and go-getter attitude, organized and structured, an excellent listener and strong presentation skills are pre-
requisites.
- Proactive, self-motivating with a good grasp of the key business drivers
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Must be fluent in English (both oral and written forms).
