Position: FSE (Field Sales Engineer) – Junior level ( 과장 / 차장 )

Location: Seoul, Korea

Roles & Responsibility

Broad Market:
• Conduct required field customer supports to assigned customers in Korea
• Lead the business and take accountability for making business growth
• Understand the customer´s requirements, take action with objectives and support customers to overcome the challenges
• Identify, create and manage business opportunities in order to get design wins

• Build up strategic relationships to key customers
 

Analog Devices:
• Be a pro-active member of the sales team and build a strong relationship internally and externally
• Effectively articulate and communicate customer needs back into the organization
• Travel to the other countries with customers will be required as well as travel to internal meetings and trainings
• Attend trade shows, industry events and conferences

Qualification & Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years sales experience(Broad market experience is preferred) demonstrating success with strong selling, differentiated outputs and business planning skills
• Experience in the semiconductor market and insight of the wide industrial market such as instrument, automation, healthcare, energy, defense, automotive and communication
• Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners
• Highly motivated, energetic and positive attitude required
• Team player and ability to adapt to environment
• Self-motivating and taking initiative
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English skill of speaking as well as writing
