OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

The Retail Senior Area Manager is primary responsible for  the management and development of Montblanc store operation business in Korea. The position is reporting to Commercial Director of Montblanc Korea and coordinates the store management teams within the relevant markets.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty - Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence. -  Managing and motivating the retail store teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with retail operation team to ensure every operational sources are equipped in Boutique to drive and support business in line with strategy.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Min. 10 years of work experience preferably in retail industry (Luxury or FMCG)
  • Good in English
