Our client, a renowned digital consulting firm specializing in the development of web and mobile software, serving clients worldwide in diverse industries, are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of Business for Korea to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Devise and execute a targeted sales strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Generate leads through effective marketing initiatives, networking, and proactive outreach.

Assess client needs, qualify leads, and create compelling proposals and presentations.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

10+ years of consultative selling/ solution selling to multiple industries.

Demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales within the digital product industry or software development projects
Start-up experience is a plusAbility to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.Background in consulting and computer science
