Segment Sales Team Manager - ElectrificationAt ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges. This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and is part of the Electrification Distribution Solutions in South Korea.
Your role and responsibilities- Develop and maintain an effective Electrification Segment sales strategy within the specified market to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations.
- Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services.
- Lead, develop, and coach the Segment Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
- Anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take remedial actions.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Plan and execute customer surveys and act on survey results to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Business development.
- Strong sales and market intelligence skills.
- Good sales network, customer relationship, and willingness to build.
- Applied technical knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Fast learner to understand business nature and ecosystem.
- Fluent or intermediate in written and oral English, native in Korean.
