Customer Service Representative

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service division in our APAC region. We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who embodies strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and will strive to provide excellent service to our customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:
Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
This job might be for you if:
You have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
You have a degree in business or logistics (or related experience).
You have strong computer skills and experience with ERP or CRM tools (Salesforce, AX, etc.).
You have experience in a technical sales environment.
You have strong reading and communication skills in Korean and English.
You can travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
