Job Description:
Job Summary:
Customer Service Clerk is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
CSR also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
- Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution.
- Handling customer complaints in professional manner
- Responds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline
- Good command of English
- Customer Focus
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
Working Hours:
- 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)
