We seek a seasoned Benefits Specialist with a proven track record of designing and executing benefits initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies aligned with our company's vision and goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of benefits initiatives.
- Analyze data to derive insights and propose enhancements to existing benefits offerings.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR or general administration, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in employee benefits.
- Proven ability to manage benefits programs from planning to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Hands-on experience in opening or closing in-house daycare centers, including planning, licensing, and operational setup.
- Work experience at a company with more than 1,000 headcounts or multi-national companies with a strong external benchmarking network in HR or benefits practices.
