Senior Merchandising Strategist

This is a senior position in merchandising where you will be responsible for leading the country-level strategy for SELECT business unit. You will need to have a deep understanding of global brand direction and local consumer behavior to create commercially successful product ranges.
- Align product ranges with the right channels including fashion retail, e-commerce, and influencer-driven platforms.
- Drive the full go-to-market process for SELECT collections and projects from seasonal planning to in-market execution.
- Translate consumer behavior and cultural movements into strategic product direction.
- Act as a strategic lead between merchandising, sales, marketing, and global teams.
You will be working in a dynamic and creative environment where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with designers, artists, and local tastemakers. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has a keen eye for contemporary market trends, and can work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sport and lifestyle with footwear or apparel product line building and planning experience.
- Highly advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business English fluent
- Proactive, sense of trend, teamwork, communication skills
