Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is properly tested and maintained in accordance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing value-added service delivery
- Manage the delivery of spare parts
- Maintain and monitor electrical equipment or machinery performance
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments through ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear customer feedback
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality service and support
