Select 4.0, a leading multinational company in automation machinery, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Automation Support Specialist.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to deliver effective and timely services, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with our policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues;
- Developing strong client relationships by providing value-added service delivery;
- Managing spare parts delivery;
- Maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Guiding customers on equipment usage, including safety protocols;
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest developments;
- Providing clear customer feedback;
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high-quality service delivery;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
Knowledge and Experience:
We require a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events;
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
