We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with company policies.
Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the team to resolve equipment and technical issues
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing value-added services
• Manage spare parts delivery and maintain electrical equipment performance
• Educate customers on equipment usage and safety guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing training
• Provide clear customer feedback and participate in trade shows to promote products
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role
• Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements and industry events
