For a leading automation machinery company, we are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues effectively;
- Develop strong relationships with clients through value-driven service delivery;
- Manage spare parts logistics and ensure timely delivery;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment performance;
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety procedures;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments;
- Deliver clear customer feedback and contribute to product promotion through trade shows and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering;
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events;
- Customer-focused attitude and passion for delivering high-quality service.

- Integrity and professional ethics.
This role is based in Seoul (South Korea) and is part of the Electronic industry/Automation sector. The position involves working as an Engineer, with no management responsibilities. The job type is permanent, and the career level is that of an Employee.
